Behavioral Guidelines
for Backstage Celebrity Visitors

celebrities who are more famous than us are still obligated to introduce themselves and to behave with appropriate humility and grace

do not under any circumstances ask bandmembers to introduce you to D or W

remember to tell each and every bandmember that they played great/are playing great that night, regardless of what may or may not have happened

guest pilferage should be limited to the coldcuts; the hot food is what the band eats after the show, if there's any left. Similarly, guests should feel free to imbibe any available domestic beer, but should stay the fuck away from the Heineken's - okay?

an overfamiliar or blase attitude on the part of visitors will be found to be particularly unwelcome, especially if some misguided fool has invited them on the bus - remember to show respect, awe, and gratitude at every possible instance. Is that too much to ask?
